Hello! I’m Sara Richison, a Licensed Professional Counselor who loves helping individuals and couples learn, heal, and grow through life’s challenges. I’m passionate about helping people process trauma, navigate difficult seasons, recognize their worth, and create healthier relationships with themselves and others. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Inner Child Work to help clients build healthier patterns and deeper healing.
